The interview started with questions about my previous internship experiences, such as the most difficult challenges I encountered and how I solved them. Then, we discussed the company and the job. There were several questions regarding the job's characteristics, particularly about handling cold calls—they asked if I think I can manage them and if I have any relevant experiences to share.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
