After submitting an application, I was invited to an online video recording where I was given 20 seconds to read a question and one minute to record my answer. These questions were intended to see that I had a basic understanding of what AlphaSights does. I was then invited back to a video interview, which included pretty standard behavioral questions.

1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
