The interview process was very fast; I had 4 rounds with the second round including the case interview. The HR was very straightforward and accommodating. The questions were predictable. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience.

Why do you choose Alphasights? How do you think this experience will help with your future career goal?
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS

Tell me about a time you failed? Now another, and one more. Legit asked me about 3-4 different times I had failed, also forced me to disclose where else i was applying
