Asked about my experience, few behavioral questions and why Alphasights. Didn't get invitation for second round interview. Overall, average experience and the first round interview was around 30-40 minutes with the recruiting manager.

What would you do if client needed a solution urgently but you could not find an appropriate expert by deadline?
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
