If successful, you move on to a video call with another recruiter which lasts a bit longer and again assesses your knowledge and understanding of the companies operations and of the role as well as why you might be a good fit. The final stage, if successful at the previous rounds, involves a two hour video call split into two one-hour sessions. The first involves a practical of finding experts on the Internet and recruitment sights. The second half is a final interview.
