First I had a Skype call with an HR person, who asked me abut my motivations for joining the firm, and tested my knowledge of Alphasights. She asked a few CV-based questions... The conversation lasted 1h. Second, I had a Skype with a Vice President and a lead analyst. I had to prepare a case study 24hours in advance, and to explain it during the interview. I then had 15 minutes to do an on-the-spot case study and present it. This was followed by a CV-based conversation, which was largely focused on my personality, with only a few questions on my skills and experiences.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
