It's been a while since I went through the process and I did not get very far, however: After initial CV & motivation letter scan, I got contacted per email to complete an online assessment. This assessment was rather awkward for me, making use of a webcam to record yourself while answering several questions. Most of the questions I got are mentioned throughout the comments already. Unfortunately, I did not pass this round, in hindsight I was underprepared to answer the types of questions. Overall, communication with the company was fast, clear, and professional.
