Entretien
I had two interviews- a telephone interview and an interview at AlphaSights London Office.
For the telephone interview I was asked to familiarise myself with what AlphaSights is (information broker, similar to expert network) and the industry in which it operates. The questions were more about that as opposed to motivational questions.
The next stage was interview at their office. I was interviewed by two ladies -one was very friendly another was slightly detached. Overall it was fairly standard- going over (again) what Alphasights do, competency based questions and motivation questions. I also had a chance to find out more about the role. I wasn't particularly interested in the role and I guess it showed.

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

Had the first round interview with the HR, where they asked me questions about my background and how it translates for the role. They also asked me questions about my understanding of the company

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
