Final round interview. I had already gone through the first stages which were: 1. 15-minute call with HR (competency and background based) 2. 1hr-interview with HR to learn about AlphaSights' work and processes. 3. Case-study round: 30 minutes to research and prepare, and 30 minutes to present/discuss findings with a Manager. 4. Final-round interview in the London offices. Lasted 20 minutes, and focused on why Alphasights, why me and my career aspirations. Not really something you can prepare for, but have competency-question answers ready to lean on.
