CV and online form to apply. First round interview 2 weeks after applying. Consisted of CV based questions and questions on my understanding of the business. The interview was relaxed, there seemed to be no right or wrong answers and the interviewers were more interested in my fit to the company. After four days I was invited for a second interview, which was based on a research task I completed ahead of time. This interview was more difficult as it involved a presentation and the questions were more specific and challenging. Ended up not getting an offer - disappointing as it seemed like a great opportunity and everyone I spoke to was nice and very positive about working there.

I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
