After initial application, was selected to submit answers for three motivational questions and to complete a brief video assessment online. Initially had a positive impression of the process and the firm, however this changed due to severe technical issues with the video assessment as well as the dragged out process, and having to chase for feedback after promised deadlines. The interview process took almost two months - and received feedback after four weeks despite the guarantee of receiving feedback within a two week mark. Candidate experience could definitely be improved - it seems as the recruiting coordinators and hiring managers aren't communicating well. All in all they unfortunately come across as unprofessional. Video assessment is not difficult per se in terms of the questions they ask, however the interview format is quite awkward. As a first stage selection, I would recommend speeding up this part of the process to avoid wasting people's time.
