AVA (Alphasights Video Assessment): It was a webcam-based assessment, in which four questions were asked. Candidates had 1 minute (or less) to answer each question and not much preparation time was given. The questions were not hard and could all be found on Glassdoor. Just make sure your answers are concise enough to fit within the time limit.
