Pass the CV and got the online assessment , it included a video test and motivation questions. The video test have 4 question , each one just have 1mins.
However, the declined me, and said they are impressed to my background and skill, but they don't think my strength for them. So I fail.

1. Use ur own words to describe what AlphaSights does.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
