Had initial video interview with HR. Questions were behavioral and generic. Very fit based. Need to know the BREAD process and their business model. Next step would have been in person interviews wiht a case study in which they view you potentially on a call in order to achieve results for a client.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
