Round 1 – HR Screening: 30 minutes Standard questions about target roles and company familiarity. Unexpectedly, the interviewer spent significant time on high school background despite my four-year gap since graduation, which felt disconnected from current qualifications.
Round 2 – Case Interview: 40 minutes - 1hr Straightforward case work assessing problem-solving and analytical skills.
Round 3 – Cultural Fit (VP+ Level): Extended hour-long interview that mirrored Round 1's approach—dwelling extensively on high school experiences, college choice rationale, and alternative institutions. Several questions felt oddly personal and borderline inappropriate. The interviewer appeared disengaged, posing questions in a detached, mechanical manner rather than demonstrating genuine curiosity about my background or fit for the role. one of the wierdest interviews I have ever had.
Coordinator Support: Exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Overall: While the process was well-organized, the final round's focus on distant history and the interviewer's apparent lack of engagement raised questions about alignment with the role and company culture.
