I had a mutual who worked there and connected me to the recruiter, super easy behavioral first round, and then an hour-long second round with a live case study. The interviewer was pretty rude -- cut me off in the middle of me explaining my work experience (I was only talking for under a minute) and told me that was enough. Then, in the case study, she was extremely judgmental about everything I answered (I know their job is literally to judge you as a candidate, but she was extremely condescending and unfriendly).

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
