Unethical behaviour.
Offered the role after 8 interviews but withdrew the role the next working day.
Offer was below what I originally requested and I wasn't given the chance to discuss the contract.
Job title was changed from first interview.
Feedback was over the weekend they decided to go with an internal candidate but had reposted the job.

Entretien
Multi-stage interview process, standard TA screen, interview with the hiring manager, and then panel followed by a case study.
Unfortunately I withdrew from the process halfway through as found the overall candidate experience and communication from their TA team really poor

Entretien
The recruiter reached out to me and I agreed to an interview. That interview went well saying I met the requirements and passed me to the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview went well and they said they wanted to continue the process with me and that the recruiter would reach out with next steps. Two days later I get an email from the recruiter saying that I don’t have enough years experience that they need. They reached out to me and said I did have the right experience and I was continuing on and now rejected for reasons I was prior qualified? I reached out to the hiring manager for clarification and got no response. Extremely distasteful and unprofessional.
