Contacted months later for a design position.
Willing to have phone interview and answer all my questions. Then in person 2nd interview. Offered job soon after.

I was asked about my previous skills at my last Sign Company. The Interviewer Valued Collaboration, and walked me through the plan for the requested position.
There was an initial interview, and a secondary walk through the location, equipment, and the projects that is projected to handle, as well as the expectations of the job.
