Applied online. Went in-person and was interviewed by two engineers. Assortment of technical questions from controls, electronics, software, and Dsp fundamentals. Interviewers were very overly picky on minor details. Not enough consideration on high level problem solving.

Employment is mostly by reference, and directly done by the technical team.
The questions are not very difficult, and it is fine if you cannot answer some of them.
They talk more than you and they are friendly.
