Quite a comprehensive interview process. Coming straight off of undergrad, it started off with an aptitude test followed by a group discussion. This followed with a case study presentation followed by a final presentation and interview with the CEO.

Had applied through campus placements, so I had to go through an aptitude test (not all that difficult) and a GD before the interview. The interview was on a very general level, with the interviewer testing our (Yes, it was taken in groups of 3-5) presence of mind. Cliched questions like 'How will you be 2 steps ahead of your peers?' were asked. One male candidate and a bunch of female candidates were selected from our college for the next round which was to be based on a case study or presentation of some sorts.
