First stage chat with HR to understand the roles available - expected to discuss two roles within Alpha FX that are currently open. Interviewer expected me to ask my own interview questions and could not have been less interested in discussing the positions with me. Incredibly disorganised and unprofessional, it was an awkward experience to say the least. I have never had an 'interview' like it. All I could ascertain about the roles was most staff are in the office during a global pandemic and there is a hairdressers on site. Why anyone needs a haircut in work I do not know. I should add I was prepared to be interviewed and answer any relevant questions in relation to FX or my current work, however this wasn't to be. Preemptively I must add I am a prepared candidate with suitable experience - anything said to discredit this is nonsense. Negative reviews of this company abound and although I have not worked there, from my albeit brief discussion I would give it a wide berth.

Easy & only behavioral questions nothing topic related (although I come from an IB background so that's probably why). Literally only question was where does my motivation to make money come from
