It was pretty quick and good. Recruiter was pretty straightforward about the job requirements. Asked me questions to make sure I fit the qualifications. Next thing you know I was sent a follow up email about the training classes. And I accepted the offer and received my start date.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
