Entretien
I went in for a job fair. I gave the receptionist my resume and I filled out an assessment. Then I went to the computer lab and filled out an application and did a 126 question assessment. This took like 45 minutes. Then I sat in another section and waited to be interviewed. My interviewer was very nice and down to earth. She basically told me about the shift requirements and then asked me basic questions Nothing to hard. Then offered me the job. Then I had to wait again to do hire paperwork. Then you spend another hour on the computer. It was a very long process but I like the fact that they hire on the spot. Also I have no call center experience just cashier experience so I'm glad they even hired me. Just come dressed with your resume and they'll probably hire you. Also they send you to lab Corp for a urine test. And they do a background check. I already got my training date.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
