They give you a spelling and grammar test and then sit with the supervisor. The interview was pretty easy going. They ask the typical interview questions to pick your brain.The whole process took about 2 to 3 hours. Was hired the same day. Was provided with my work schedule, start date, and pay rate right after the interview.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
