Both interviews were by phone. The first interview was job experience history and an internet speed test, as well as Laptop Processor and RAM memory specs.
The 2nd phone interview was a question and answer session where different scenarios were described and I was asked how I would respond to the scenario.

What was the most difficult situation that I had faced in my previous job, how did I respond to the problem and what did I learn from it.

Entretien
Submitting resume and answering usual interview questions on the application. You get emailed by a HR person I'm guessing? They give you a list of things to do which is submitting your resume again, a personality quiz, and disclaimers on what you will be doing. You have to create a new email to send to them with the resume as replies get rejected for some reason even though it's the same email??? Once done with all of that, you get a call from the person you emailed. When you talk to them, always answer "I'm free to work 24/7!" cause any sort of preference or hemming and hawing gets you told that your answer is a fail and rejected. You cannot even adjust your answers that you're open to canceling. They just continue to refuse moving forward with you. They didn't sound polite at all.
