Question 1
There was only 1 interview which was straight & to the point asked me questions about why they should hire me, an example of a time I solved an issue with an irate customer, what do I define as team work, what would my previous employer say about me, then went into asking if I had reliable transportation and when was I available to start.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
