8am interview start at 9 You'll be asked to present documents. Do an online test on a computer you'll be pooled into which program you're going to work with. Wait another 30mins to an hour for an interview with a recruiter then another 30 minutes to an hour for interview with the recruiter that you'll be working with. You'll the have to wait to collect a paper staying that you have to do a urine test that indicates that you've got the job once your test is clean.

Give a time that you got a disgruntled customer an how did you handle the situation.
After stating your answer they the pull a more difficult question pretaing to the answer you give them like the one above for example:
Good morning Mary i have order an box of nail polish for my daughters birthday an recieved a box with only 2 nail polishes and one of them is broken you also charged me double the price. The customer insist on refund but your company doesn't geive refund what would you do?

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
