Applied online and received an email inviting me to come to there open-house to apply in person. You take an assessment and it you pass it you move on to the next phase which is a screening interview. If you make it pass at screening interview you move on to the final interview. All this takes place in one sitting.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
