The initial took only 5mins. Very easy and just asking basic questions like what's your highest educational attainment and so on. After Initial, I directly went to final, by the way, this is over the phone interview. In final, she gave me a sample of the customer's account and asked me some things of what should I do etc. I passed and now I dont know what to do. It's been 4days and still I dont have any clue what should I do next.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
