First there is an initial interview with the talent scout. And then you might get a second interview with a trainer before being hired. It's not a long process and you could get an offer that day. Classes usually start every two weeks or so.

Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.

Una chica me refirió y luego de dos día me llamaron. La verdad al principio estaba nerciosx porque era mi primera entrevista, pero fue fácil y la chica de la entrevista fue muy buena onda.
