After submitting application it took two weeks to get a response. This is because they hire when they will soon be having a training class. After the first interview which was a phone interview they scheduled a group interview. They also explained the importance of having an open and flexible schedule, when the training would begin and end and the hours and possible hours you would be considered for.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
