Found out about the position on Facebook in a Group. Went in the day between the hours of 9am - 4pm. Took a simple test and started the onboarding and background check process which took about 2hrs.
No interview!!! Simply, Easy, Fast Process. Background Check CLEARED within a day start Training on October 14th

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
