J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alorica (Magna, UT) en mars 2016

At the time I went through the process, it took about three hours. I was lucky I didn't assume the one hour they stated and made plans afterwords. I went through a paper question test, and then one on the computer. After that, about ten of us were there for this process, they took us in turn to one-on-one interviews. Mike was my interviewer, and was very personable. During the (about) ten questions, some pretty standard for a normal interview, but at least half of them were specific to the "Customer Support" market. I was made to feel important, and someone who can contribute to the welfare of the organization. Strengths were highlighted, and what "I" valued were seen as things that can benefit the Company. After that, Mike pretty much said I had the job, and was taken back to the start, to await finalizing the deal. Drug test was administered, and schedules of work and days off were gone over.

was ok, but the enviroment is very un-stable, very good to obtain the knowledge of what customer services means, very low detailed. once in floor production, my personal opinion is that training was very un-helpfull.
