2 interviews - first with Colleen Jones who is a VP then with the team manager.
They reached out to me about a manager position. They had me take a test, then Colleen emailed me that someone would follow up with an interview. Crickets. They just ghosted me - I should have known better than to talk to them again.
Four months later she reached out to me again, this time for a lower level job and said it was "a little bit below" my target salary - it actually turned out to be 40 - 50% below my target range.
She gave me this news in the interview, but then when the offer was made it was for another $5,000 less than we talked about in the interview.
She's since tried to gaslight me into believing that she has been upfront with the salary from the beginning. She actually stated falsely that she told me the rate during our interview.
If you want to be manipulated, gas lit and grossly under paid, this is the company for you. Otherwise run for the hills if Colleen Jones reaches out to you. There's a reason she is having to troll Indeed to try to find people to proactively reach out to. No one wants to work for people they can't trust for peanuts.
Also they make a big deal about how they are "family." We all know what a red flag that is. And yep - from what I experienced I would say you can expect all the negative things this suggests, such as asking you for the moon while giving nothing back.
