HR liaisons extremely supportive, approachable and organized. Interviewed immediately before COVID-19 and once pandemic hit company went on mass hiring freeze. By the time the freeze was over I was hired by another organization and despite my attempts at still expressing interest in working at Alnylam (sent follow up email and voicemail)— never heard back.

5-6 interviews lasting about 30-45 minutes each. Not particularly rigorous, more of a casually getting to know each other conversation vibe. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed like a very hard working, dedicated and kind group of people.
