I had a series of interviews with groups of two current employees. They were open about answering questions about their roles and responsibilities and challenges. They were friendly and asked thoughtful questions and seemed interested in getting to know me personally.
Great interview process with thoughtful questions and a genuine interest in understanding what my personal goals were. The people were focused on bringing people in who were collaborative and strong performers.

Entretien
Recruiter phone screen followed by hiring manager phone screen. Then 6 in-person interviews with manager peers and business partners. The initial recruiter screen was simply to determine if I fit their salary requirements. The manager phone screen was all about assessing the required skills. The in-person interviews were very role-specific.
