HR response to my job application was quite fast. On a 1st level I was contacted by HR for an introductory session through phone during which I just described my job history. The woman on the line was quite gentle and was impressed by my achievements and level. On a 2nd level I was given 2 tests, 1 IQ test (pretty hard for an average IQ test, even harder than a MENSA test which I took recently and got a high score) and 1 English test(exactly like the tests to get English certificates here in Greece LOL). On a 3rd level, after a few days a 2nd interview was scheduled. This interview was pretty funny. Apparently the friendly HR woman from the 1st interview had passed the information that I was quite skilled to the managers. Unfortunately those guys were the typical Greek "if you are better than me you fail" interviewers. Their intention was to hit me hard with difficult theoretical engineering questions which I strongly believe they just googled. Obviously this influenced my attitude towards the whole interview and apparently no job offer was sent to me afterwards. (Fun fact: I was hired after a few days by another company for an even more demanding job position than this one)
