Got the call from its recruiter. Then had one round of technical discussion with its manager. Questions were easy ones, though a few questions I was not able to answer. Then HR told me that I have cleared & I raised b doubt that are they sure. But she said that they want to move ahead with my profile & then had discussion with some US guy & again it was normal discussion, like project, my weak points, have I created any Spring based project from scratch etc. Again HR told me that I am selected. Then had a quick salary discussion where she told me that as per previous tech discussion I am not fit for the current but they want me for other role & its salary budget is 10% lower but I am selected & she will let me know later. And then that 'later' never came, even I requested over email but no response. So it was a waste of 1 month for me & lesson learnt- Not to waste time for AllState.
