On Java and API Questions:
"I answered almost 85% of the Java, Selenium,Manual and API questions. I also provided one program on Java, such as printing a pyramid pattern, and explained a basic REST Assured API structure. Despite this, the panelist rejected me, citing a lack of practical experience."
On Your Experience and Panelist's Behavior:
"With over 12 years of experience, I am confident that I have a solid understanding of the interview process and the expectations for a candidate. However, the panelist seemed inexperienced and their internet connection was disconnecting multiple times during the interview."
Feedback for the Company:
"It would be beneficial for the company to ensure that experienced and technically sound interviewers are part of the interview panel. This would provide a more accurate assessment of candidates' skills and experience. I was surprised the panelist is in same company from last 10 years"
