Applied online, two days later got an e-mail to schedule a phone interview, after the phone screening I got asked to have an in person interview. Very casual basic sales related questions, situational questions, previous experience.
Also they make sure you know is a commissions based job and that they pretty much advance your commissions as a base salary but then its up to you meet sales targets and set your own limits.
Interview process was very informal due to being referred to the position by a current employee. My process was probably not the norm.
Informal first interview with agency manager, wait a week, formal interview with district manager, wait another week, job offer.

Scheduled a phone interview with HR, and if you pass that you will go through a credit check. If you pass everything, HR will pass your information along to the branch manager who will then reach out to you.
