There were multiple interviews, including in person and over the phone, which followed a video submission and multiple online tests. It all seemed a bit extreme, given the entry-level role.
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers

Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
