It was an interview via phone. The interview had 2 roles. In the first role, one interviewer asked soft skills. In the second role, another asked hard skills. The interview ended in 20 minutes.

Applied on their website; first round was a phone interview, followed by an interview with actuaries at the company. They asked to explain a specific concept and presented a few scenarios where they evaluate your assumptions and judgement.
