Entretien
I interviewed with the hiring manager as well as the contact centre manager. Both were extremely friendly and make me feel comfortable. They took turns asking me questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour and was made an offer the following day.
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
