It was pretty short, lasting about 15 minutes. One on one with recruiter. Business attire is what I wore (i.e. slacks, button down blouse). It was very basic. I did minimal research on the company as expected in most interviews. Prior to the interview being scheduled there was a typing test and a personality type test.
