- a phone call with a recruiter (general, nothing special, nothing interesting)
- a tech interview (quite smart people, more like a discussion, enjoyed that part )
- an interview with a manager (seems to be a nice guy as well, quite open and transparent during the interview process)

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allshare
Entretien
Applied through a recruiter, They set two consecutive interview sessions. First one was with a scrum master and an hr manager and the second one was technical interview.
The whole process was nightmare. Every single person except the reception was rude. In the first session, interviewers talked in dutch with each other during the time I was replying.
In the second session, meeting was too informal. Interviewers sweared a couple of times, a lot of kinky references to casting couch etc. They don't tend to even listen to me, but checkin their computers or talking to each other.
In my opinion, they were insisting what they want to hear though I was thinking I am saying the same thing in different way.
After the meeting, I felt very clearly that I will never work along side those people.
