HR Screen, Spoke with the manager, did a take-home project. The thing with the take-home project is that the technologies are very outdated, old node version, and old react. Unclear expectations of working with the old version code or updating the package.json and all related build tools. Required to make unit tests. I updated the package.json and did the requirements. Ultimately for the take-home didn't even get looked at I'm pretty sure. I just got rejected immediately. Got reached out by a third-party technical recruiter
