Interviewee was very relaxed and personable. Had an issue with my video prior to beginning the interview, and they were very understanding and did not hold it against me. Enjoyed talking to them.

Lame. I sent in my resume and heard back from a recruiter eight days later, who asked me some questions and requested some writing samples over email. I answered, and she set me up with a Video Interview slot, for which I had to download the "Chime" app. I woke up early to make the video interview, and there was a message from the recruiter making sure that I was "ready to go." Less than a half-hour before the interview, the recruiter rang me to cancel the interview; she sounded apologetic, but I was not impressed. In my mind, this reflects badly on AUS and Amazon.
