Filled out app online. Was called in a week later for in person interview with Ddo (district manager) was asked basic questions about my past work history. A week after that I was called to do an interview with the ddos boss. Same basic questions about work history.was told a little about the type of customers I would be dealing with but wasn't once told I would be a glorified sign spinner and that is exactly what I am. Was called a week later and offered the position
Casual. It isn't a difficult process, and depending on your market director it may happen over Starbucks. You should dress professionally though, because it is trying to head more into the financial institution world.
