First I did a phone interview that was brief but they determined that I would be a good candidate and invited me in for a face to face interview. The interview was focused as much on whether the job would meet my needs as it was on my qualifications for the job. It was an easy chat and then a standard personality test. There was a much longer test that I was sent home with that was designed to make me research how the insurance program worked. I don't think it is given to everyone, just people who will be working with the insurance program.
