      Entretien

      The interview process is not solid, so depends on who you will get, in general it will be two rounds, one with two team leaders and second one with HR and Coordinator. This is a old fashion type of interview, they will ask you to talk about yourself, go through your CV, why Allianz, what are your expectations, do you handle pressure, you are ok with shift work, etc

      Entretien

      Interview was straightforward. Easygoing chat about past experience and language skills. There was only one interview which lasted about 45 minutes and it was carried out remotely. After the interview there was another phase which involved reading through a list of insurance benefits and answering questions relating to it. This serves as a language test.

      Entretien

      First got an invitation for English test (non-English speaker & market), including 20 mins Accuracy test and 30 mins general English test. Both tests only need to have around 60-80% correct rate and then in one week will get another invitation for Interview. There are two stages of interview.

      Entretien

      Two face to face interviews. The first one was with one of the Team Leaders and a Senior Spanish Officer who was there with the purpose of access my level of Spanish, since this was a bilingual position. The questions asked were the most common interviewing questions such as: "Tell me your weakness, your strengths, why we should hire you, tell me about yourself, what would you like to be in 5 years time, etc" Along with this, there was a basic English test and a mock email to reply in order to access the level of customer service. Unfortunately I do not remember the question, since this took nearly 3 years ago. The second interview was with the Team Manager, the HR and another TL. This one was focused in how do I feel working in a pressurized environment, questions related to my previous job and again the top 10 most common interview questions. Basically AWC seeks for people who can work under pressure, people with great communication skills and most important, people with Customer Services Skills, which means somebody that will not panic when the customer is complaining on the phone or on emails...
